Indian subsidiary of its joint venture company, DowcoMAX Services Inc.
In April 2005, Dr. Kali P. Chaudhuri's ITeMAX entered into a joint Venture with
Dowco Consultants Ltd. Of Vancouver, Canada a leading automated structural
steel detailing company, to establish DowcoMAX Services Inc. with the objective
of providing offshore based steel drafting and detailing services.
The Indian subsidiary located in Kolkata, called DowcoMAX
Services (India) Private Limited is owned 100% by DowcoMAX Services Inc.
DowcoMAX (India) has set up a state-of-the-art IT-enabled services facility to
serve the international steel detailing services marketplace.
